Order Labels

By filling the following form, you are agreeing that you will pay a subsequent invoice you will be receiving in the email you provide. You have also read the following:

LABEL INFORMATION: Digital download would be $8, it would be for an avery template of your choice. I can print them on the same thing (so you dont have to worry about lining up the paper right/paying a print shop, etc.) - I would suggest the address label ones- 1 inch by 2 5/8 inch (30 to a sheet) or RETURN address label size (1/2 inch by 1 3/4, 80 to a sheet). On WHITE it would be the same price for 60 large, 160 small labels as just a digital file, Then each additional 30 large labels or 80 small labels (now or in the future) would be $1. On CLEAR labels, it would be $10 for 60 large labels or 80 small labels, then $2 for each additional 30 large labels or 80 small labels. These would have the potential of smearing as it would just be inkjet prints on the labels. ****FOR AN EXTRA $1 per sheet - we can now do single color FOIL! (current options are purple, hot pink, silver, gold, and rose gold

OR: I can do the high quality roll labels: minimum of 250 at 1x2 inch - rectangle or oval - $140. This would be about $10 less if you wanted 1x1 square or circle instead. This would be white or colored backing, depending on the design we make.
